Annual General Meeting

Join us for our 2020 Annual General Meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting (“Meeting”) of members of The Canadian Club of Calgary will be held online via Zoom on Wednesday, October 14th, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. MDT to conduct the following business:

1. Approve the minutes of the annual meeting held on October 17, 2019;
2. Approve the minutes of the special meeting held on January 23, 2020;
3. Receive the report of the interim president on behalf of the board of directors;
4. Receive the 2019-2020 annual financial statements;
5. Appointment of two (2) members as auditors for The Canadian Club of Calgary for the 2020-2021 financial year;
6. Elect the board of directors and executive of The Canadian Club of Calgary for a term ending at the close of the next Meeting; and
7. Transact such further and other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting.
