Riley Wolever is an investment banker with Barclays in Calgary. In this role, he works with a team that advises both traditional energy companies as well as energy-transition and clean technology companies in all aspects of corporate finance: particularly raising debt and equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role he interned in the private equity industry in New York as well as for the Government of Alberta's new crown corporation, Invest Alberta, helping to bring diversified new investment to the province.

Outside of work, Riley also volunteers for Skimo Canada, in prior years running the Castle Mountain Ski Mountaineering Race near Pincher Creek. His free time involves a lot of backcountry and cross-country skiing, mountaineering, canoeing, and otherwise enjoying the great outdoors in Alberta.

Riley holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours in Investment Management with a Minor in Classics from McGill University.
