"We're not going to make the threat to leave. We'll just leave," Burke said at the Canadian Club of Calgary Wednesday, according to a report in the Calgary Sun. "We still have a building that was built in 1983, the oldest in the league by more than 10 years."
The Scotiabank Saddledome was built for about $70 million and has been home to the Flames since 1983. The New York Rangers' Madison Square Garden was built in 1968, but has recently undergone renovations.
